Policies, Disclaimers and Cancellations:

• A three night minimum stay is required on all golf packages.

• A deposit of $100.00 per golfer is required to make a reservation and must be received no later than 21 days after booking. Your villa or home comes complete with linens and towels. Just bring your golf clubs.

• Cash payment discounts: All of our listed prices are based on a cash or check payment. The use of credit cards will result in a 3% charge. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
• Check-in time is after 4 p.m. Check-out time is before 10 a.m.
• We reserve the right to make changes to your course selections due to unfavorable playing conditions or price increases. We reserve the right to make accommodation changes due to repairs on rental properties or at owner’s request.
• We reserve the right to make changes to any prices listed on any golf packages listed due to rental or golf course increases.
• Prices do not include state and local taxes and 3.5 % accidental insurance policy.
• Golf refunds due to inclement weather will only be issued when courses are officially closed. Any changes to tee times, course selections, or reservations after 24 hours of booking are subject to a $50.00 charge.
• We are not responsible for events beyond our control. Some restrictions may apply to the availability of lodging.
• Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for homes) we will refund your deposit minus $85.00 for each villa booked and $150.00 for each home reserved. If you cancel within these periods you will forfeit your entire deposit, unless a re-booking is scheduled within 60 days of the original arrival date, then a $100.00 fee applies.
• A charge of $85.00 for each villa and $150.00 for each home will be automatically deducted from your credit card if cancellation occurs after 24 hours of your reservation date.
